I Love Conference

I am doing pretty Great! My Area is huge and i am Still Trying to Learn where things are. but its going well!

It is so much hotter here than in St. Lucia and the hills are massive but its pretty fun!

Elder Regis is pretty good, he is kinda Trunky since he has only 3 weeks left till he is done his mission, but we are still working hard .
The work is a lot slower here which is kinda sad. Ive gone from having close to 50 lessons a week to maybe getting 30, not a fan of that but the walking takes a lot of time. Plus this area has been found out like none other, so everyone knows about the missionaries. But i have Great hopes for it!

Church here is Great! i still have to take some pictures of the church Building and my apartment so that you can see it. ill Try to do that this week.

I got to see all the session of conference, i even took notes. I ran my almost brand new pen out of ink haha. but yeah we watched them in the church. Saturday we were all in the Relief Society Room, and Sunday we watched it in the Chapel. I love conference!

Its so Crazy that Lindsey is getting married! and that's so cool that she is taking her endowment this weekend. She is going to love it !!!

But it has been a great week! Yesterday we climbed a really tall volcano.
Elder Pierson and his companion Elder Regis climbing the volcano.

Well we have a baptism this week. its a twelve year old girl Who is awesome! Her father is a drug dealer, who told us just the other day that he has killed a man, but he is trying to change also, and gives his complete support to his daughter. He reads the Bible with her, and she reads the Bofm and its just cool!

Oh Cool Things about St Vincent is the buses, or vans as they are called here. Well Lets just say they always have a guy called a conductor and his job is to pack the bus full. They do a pretty good Job. One bus ride i counted and we Had 25 People in a 15 seater bus! :) oh and my first night here (The drivers are crazy) The guy passed 14 Cars in a row, around a corner :) but its lots of fun !
Oh and they all blast music and they have basses more powerful than mine ! so its cool.

But this week will be a good week and i hope you have an equally as amazing week

Sore in St. Vincent

Things in St Vincent are going very well. I actually have been extremely sore since I got here. My area I am serving in right now is the worst area in the whole mission as far as amount of hills/mountains and Steepness of Hills/mountains. And I get to hike them all day! Every day! :)

It's actually a lot of fun! And it's going pretty good with Elder Regis. I had gone on trade offs with him before back in St Lucia so I know him pretty well.
Oh and as far as Elder Bingham, Turns out I cant get away from him haha. We have never been in a different Country since our mission started. The real test will be the next three transfer calls. because I don't think  we will ever be separated! Which is sweet, cause he is an awesome guy!

The Missionaries in this island are amazing! we have two Polynesians and one guy from England so I have a lot of guys who like to play rugby! :)

But I actually know a lot of people here! Many of them have served in St Lucia before. I am Serving in The Kingstown Branch. And yes we have a church owned building. The reason for that is back 25 Years ago The church came into this country and the president wanted to know what he was letting in, So an apostle came and converted him one time! so The church got a legit building. pretty cool I know. It even has a font, so no more ocean baptisms for a while. I'm going to take some pictures so you can see next week. But there are 2 sets of missionaries in Kingstown, 6 in calaqua, and 4 in Georgetown. so there is the Kingstown branch, Calaqua branch and the Georgetown group meeting.

It has been so weird sitting in a legit building with a water fountain haha. weird how i picked the water fountain as the crazy part but its so cool to have one!

Oh Zone Conference was amazing! President Mehr is basically going to be the next Prophet so ya! he talked about how everything we do has consequences and we cannot no matter how bad we want to turn back the clock of time. Also we learned about prioritizing our time by Sister Mehr She used a great anaolgy with stones, pebbles, sand, and water. its a really long story so i will send you a letter!

Anyways zone conference was great! best part was how I found out that "NC's" mom has committed for sure to live the word of wisdom, so that she can get baptised! Whoo!!

It was a good trip even though I had to fly 5 times in 2 days haha. fun times in the west indies mission.

Oh Elder Sheen is serving in Barbados. so he is starting off in the flattest area with one of my absolute favourite missionaries as his zone leader. He will also probably get a car.

Ah so wanna hear a funny story about my new bed? It falls down in the middle of the night sometimes haha, so you could say i downgraded!

Oh and they speak like Jamaicans here :)

But I have not much to report on except the fact that I am doing very well.!
Next week I will have more about my area, once I learn it haha
Anyways I love you very much !

Have a Great week!
